1. Eligibility & accounts

• You must provide accurate information and verify your email address to use the service.
• An account is for one person only. Sharing login details or reselling access is not allowed.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.

2. The service

Qeezox Study provides practice questions, mock tests, performance analysis, revision tools and related features for competitive-exam preparation. Content is for practice and self-assessment only. We are not affiliated with SSC, IBPS, RRB, any Public Service Commission or any exam-conducting body, and we do not guarantee any exam result.

3. Plans & payments

• Paid plans are listed with their price and duration at the time of purchase. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Plans are activated immediately after a successful payment and do not renew automatically.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• We may change plan prices or features for future purchases; changes never affect a plan you have already paid for.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, scrape, download in bulk, republish or sell questions, explanations or other content.
• Do not attempt to access other users’ data, interfere with the platform, or use automated tools to take tests.
• Do not manipulate leaderboards, XP or streaks.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without refund.

5. Intellectual property

All questions, explanations, software, design and branding on Qeezox Study belong to Qeezox Technologies or its licensors and are protected by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own preparation.

6. Availability & liability

We work to keep the service available and the content accurate, but it is provided “as is”. If you spot an error in a question, please report it from the test screen. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

7. Privacy

How we collect and use your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction.
