Shipping & Delivery Policy

Qeezox Study is a fully digital service. Nothing is shipped physically.
1. Delivery of paid plans
Your plan is activated on your account instantly after a successful payment. You can start using the upgraded features right away from any device by signing in with your registered email.
2. Confirmation & invoice
You see a confirmation on screen as soon as payment succeeds, and a downloadable invoice is available under Settings ➜ Billing.
3. If activation is delayed
In rare cases a bank may confirm a payment late. If your plan is not active within 30 minutes of being charged, email support@prepboard.in with your payment reference and we will activate it or refund you as per our Refund Policy.
4. Service area
The service is available to users in India and is accessible worldwide wherever an internet connection is available.
