Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free plan first

Every account starts on the Free plan, so you can try practice sets and mock tests before paying. We encourage you to use it before upgrading.

2. Eligibility for a refund

• 7-day refund window: you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase of a paid plan, provided you have attempted no more than 3 mock tests on that plan.
• Duplicate payments: if you were charged more than once for the same order, the extra amount is refunded in full.
• Failed but charged: if money was debited but your plan was not activated, we will either activate the plan or refund the full amount, whichever you prefer.
• Service unavailable: if a prolonged outage on our side prevents you from using a paid plan, contact us for a pro-rated refund or extension.

3. When refunds are not issued

• Requests made after the 7-day window, or after more than 3 mock tests have been attempted on the plan.
• Renewals or repeat purchases of a plan you have already used.
• Accounts suspended for violating our Terms & Conditions (for example, sharing an account or copying content).

4. Cancellation

Paid plans are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel to avoid future charges. Your plan simply stays active until the end of its period and your account then returns to the Free plan. You keep your history, results and bookmarks.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@prepboard.in from your registered email address with your invoice number (found under Settings ➜ Billing) and the reason for the request. We reply within 2 business days.

6. Refund timelines

Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount reflects in your account within 5 to 7 business days. UPI refunds are usually faster.
