Is Qeezox really free to start?

Yes. The Free plan gives you the exams and mock tests marked free, a daily practice limit, revision of your mistakes and your performance stats. No card is needed to sign up.

How do the plans work?

Each plan unlocks a number of exams you choose: Basic ₹149 unlocks 1 exam, Pro ₹299 unlocks 1 exam, Pro Yearly ₹999 unlocks 1 exam. Practice, the question bank, mock tests and revision then open for those exams. There's no plan that unlocks every exam, so you only pay for what you're preparing for.

Can I change the exams I unlocked?

Unlocked exams stay the same for your plan, so pick the ones you're preparing for. If you need more, move to a bigger plan and unlock the extra exams on top of the ones you have.

How is a mock test different from practice?

Practice is untimed with feedback after you submit a set. A mock runs in real exam mode, with a countdown timer, a question palette, mark-for-review and negative marking. You get the full analysis after you submit.

How do I pay, and is it secure?

Payments are processed by Razorpay using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking or wallets. We never see or store your card or bank details.

Can I see the answer during a test?

Yes, on plans that include “Show answer”. You'll see the correct option and its explanation right away. That question just isn't counted in your score, so your results stay honest.

What if I leave a test midway?

Nothing is saved until you submit, so an unfinished test never shows up in your results or uses up your monthly mock quota.

Will my plan renew automatically?

No. Plans don't auto-renew. You pay once per purchase and choose whether to renew when it ends. An invoice is always available under Billing.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. It works in any modern browser on phone, tablet or laptop, so there's nothing to install.
